Between the 26th of September and the 27th of October, AIESEC Iasi is launching a new recruitment campaign under the tagline “Initiatives change everything, everywhere!”, part of the national recruitment campaign. Through this campaign, AIESEC wishes to reach young people with initiative, who are willing to access learning and development opportunities in an international environment, regardless of their field of studies.
AIESEC Iasi offers young people the opportunity to put into practice their ideas, to add value to their local environment, to gain experience in different fields and to learn and experiment in an international environment.
The AIESEC experience is a development process that envisions membership and team experiences, leadership experiences, local, national and international conferences, mentoring programs with AIESEC partners and Alumni and international internships in over 110 countries all around the globe in areas like Development, Management, IT and others.
These opportunities can be accessed through the 4 programs that AIESEC is offering its members:
- Team Member Program
- Team Leader Program
- Global Community Development Program
- Global Internship Program

In order to JOIN AIESEC, students have to complete an application form, available online on our website: www.aieseciasi.ro. The application form can also be purchased at our headquarters in building B of Alexandru Ioan Cuza University – FEEA Faculty, 3rd Floor, Room B606 and also at our info-desks in buildings A and C of Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, starting with October 5th.
After completing the application form, those who have been selected will attend an assessment center on the 28th of October. After this second selection process they will attend individual interviews on October 29th.
The members who will join the organization will have the opportunity to attend a preparation program in the two weekends: 5-6th of November and 19-20th of November, and will also be able to attend the Regional Training Seminar that will take place on 10-13th of November.
